this number has called several times and when I answer, it wont connect

Received an abusive call from this number. The caller asked me for the phone number of a house down the street. I have never met the person they were trying to contact. They asked for other neighbors names and telephone numbers insisting that one of us would have an additional number for the person they were trying to contact. The caller was rude and would not indicate why he was calling and became very beligerant when I refused to share any information with him. The caller id indicated the call was from Qwest.

Received text at 8:03am about a PayDay loan. Will look into reporting more later today.

No one was on the line when we answered the phone.

It's not a real loan.... it is a thief trying to do a scam. Please someone report to government agency about fraud. How do we press charges against this piece of crap human being. I also received a text from the same number, It is just another part of the payday loan scam. They called me with the same number about a week ago and it was the seem person (Indian accent) that have been harassing me for months threatening and saying I defaulted on a payday loan. I never took out a payday loan! . Do not reply or call! It is a scam!, they are looking looking for bank info.

Same thing here. Calls 4-5 times daily. No ones there when i answer. Static on the voice mail. It's creepy. I've noticed this started after speaking with collage recruiters. I think this might have something to do with it.

This number keeps popping up in my cell phone and I don't know who it is and don't want their calls.

I also received a call from this number. I read elsewhere that the number is for African Bank...you cannot call back.

Wife and I were looking at cars, and we have had several calls from this number - we did not answer, the caller ID told us about this number, coming form a "Consumer Rapport". They left no message. If it was one of the dealers giving someone our number, I do mind that very much and if I do answer the dealer is going to get an ugly, ugly review :-) But I will not answer Now, do not think that because this might be a "genuine" survey you are safe (it is not, just google "consumer rapport", or even "consumer rapport survey"). You are not! because now that they have your number, and they know you're a live one looking at cars, oh my! Want to get calls about your car warranty for the rest of your life ? :-)
